The Consulting Center of open joint – stock company “Prykarpattyaoblenergo” was settled to give different consultations according to electric supplying questions to the customers; to raise culture level of relationships and service of customers.
The main orientations of Consulting Center’s work are directed to the wide informing of
different categories of the electric power customers according to:
- Open joint – stock company “Prykarpattyaoblenergo” activities, its tasks and authorities;
- Activities of Wholesale Market of electricity ( WME) and National commission of electric power of Ukraine regulation ( NCRE);
- legal and normative documents according to the questions of electric energy supplying;
- Electric energy supplying, economic and rational using of electricity.
Skill workers of the Public reception room of Consulting center
provide all clients with free of charge consultations in verbal and written forms,
by telephone and by other vehicle for communication (e-mail) according to such questions, as:
- rights, duties, and responsibilities of electricity supplier and customer;
- tariffs of electricity for the inhabitants;
- electricity tariffs for the juridical and physical persons;
- registration of privileges, list of the categories of the citizens of Ukraine, who have the rights for the service at a cut price and norms of month electricity consumption taking into account privileges;
- registration of privileges;
- restructuring of debts;
- stopping of electric power usage;
- order and purpose of disconnection from electric power net;
- buying, exploitation and servicing of counting electricity devices and others.
